Keystone State Motel

My boyfriend & I woke up at 3am covered in bed bugs. The motel was absolutely disgusting looking. & the guy did not want to give us our money back either we even bought our evidence of bed bugs to show him. He only gave us a discount. I will never again come back to this place never!!!!!! Unless you want to be bitten & covered in bed bugs I recommend you to never go here! It's infested & dirty!

My bf and I wanted a night away but something inexpensive. I woke up COVERED in what seemed to be bug bites. Was difficult to find a number for them as we did not get a receipt after check in or check out. When I finally was able to find their number, I read a review of similar complaints. I spoke with the person in charge(not the manger) and tools me w would only new given half of the refund. I disagreed worth him and he was absolutely the most rudest person I have ever dealt with. Told me that he would give us the other half from his pocket and hoped we never come back. The room was filthy. The faucet kept running, the toilet was running, we could not change the channel on the TV and instead of curtains...there was a bed sheet. The tub had mold growing. So incredibly disgusted. I feel like I should bathe in bleach after being there. If only I could give a negative rating....
