Trash pick up

Every time the trash was picked up the trash men would put my cans back up the drive way. Very nice of them to do this.

In the 9 months I had this trash service, I had overall pretty bad service. The customer service was mixed. Some of the ladies were nice, some were down right rude. We paid for a dumpster and a recycling pick-up every other week. What we paid for and what we received is very different. The trash service was ok with the exception for holidays. If it was a week of a holiday, we simply received no service at all. Recycling, we only received service 75% of the time. We called multiple times to allow them to fix the problem. We only received empty promises. We cancelled our service. They were very nice now, even offered to refund some months of recycling fees. I declined, BCD stated they would be out that Saturday to pick up the trash bins..... The trash bins are still sitting on my property. Now I have to fight them to remove their trash bins from my property. There are many other options in the Denver metro and rural area (I live in rural). For the same price, go someplace else.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF BCD FAILS TO PICK UP YOUR TRASH, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL $25. I have used BCD's service for about 10 months. Over those months they failed to pick up our trash several times. When I called to let them know our trash wasn't picked up, the very unprofessional Bianca let me know that I was mistaken when I told her that my garbage was indeed out the night before. They said they would not pick it up without a $25 fee. Again, last week, our trash was not picked up. I called 12 times and was put on hold each time without being answered again. Finally, on Tuesday after 2pm Bianca answered. I simply wanted our trash retrieved. She first said that I canceled my own service. Then she said she canceled our service for non-payment. Than she said the last payment they received from me was 2 weeks ago. (So, why would it be canceled if you did infact receive payment 2 weeks ago?) Further, she's called me liar. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said no. Several days later, I received a call from her supervisor, Oscar. He said he was responding to the complaint that I email. After a short discussion, he said that he just can't believe that Bianca would be so rude. And he wanted me to gather all the names of people who have complained about Bianca in our neighborhood so that he could speak to them. He wanted to hear it from others "and then maybe I'll believe it." Ridiculous! Apparently my complaint wasn't poignant enough to change the customer service at BCD. Simply do your job and pick up the trash.

Thought I would be proud to support local family business. A huge disappointment. Just want a couple bags of household trash picked up each week, and they can't do that. The office staff is rude, will cut off paid for service without authorization, and will not answer the phone for long periods. When they do, they don't listen. The company philosophy is that the customer is always wrong. After reading these reviews, I now fear what I was told in May, that all I had to do was simply not pay the next bill, no fees. It appears that others have been pursued with fees. I have written letters notifying them of end of service, to multiple addresses and addressed to the owner, Artur Vasquez. Only 3 months, and they have blown it totally.

Worst experience ever! All they needed to do was pick up trash and they could not do that. Over 2 months they picked up 2 times both because we called them. Then when I called to cancel they fought me on refunding me for the month left on my contract and claimed they could not do more. I am still waiting on a call from a manager, but I dought that will happen.

I have had excellent service from BCD for many years. They are on time, leave the cans upright with the lids on and are always friendly and courteous, in person and on the phone. I highly recommend them. Its important to be on time with your payments, (fees are very reasonable), and you should have no problems.

We have been customers for a long time. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. It is disheartening to read the bad reviews they are getting. The old saying goes "if you have a good experience you tell one person. If you have a bad experience you tell 10." OR something like that. Keep your heads high guys.

These peaple must be broke tryin to get money by extra fees the forgot to pick up my trash and then the lady on the phone tells me it will be $25 extra to pick it up today wtf !!! Horrible customer service have your workers do their job lady my mom has to call you evry week because your lazy ass workers dont do their JOB!! And if they cant fire their asses !! Js been at this place 30+ years change trash company and nuthin but bs since ..

Crap company that knows how to find you to send the bill, but doesn't know how to find you to get the TRASH removed. Been w/ them for years, all of a sudden I have to CALL to get trash picked up. They pick up my neighbors, and blow right past mine.

Trash driver did not see our trash that's bull!

I took our trash out on sidewalk monday night for tuesday morning. I called the office on Wednesday they said Driver reported they not see trash on Tuesday morning. This is bullshit and lazy eyes or driver make excused for this. Office said driver been working 8 years and never missed it. I have witness my neighhood and family saw this our trash was there on Tuesday morning. They want to charge me a fee just to pick up on friday but reduce to $10.00 from $15.00. again this is bullshit. We been living our home for 20 years unti this they did not see our trash on sidewalk. Oh please come on!!I don't recommend this situation. Sorry time to search for a better trash/waste collection. Wright Farms neighborhood in Brighton

Liers,I tried to call for a week to pay my bill and looked on the website and got there phone number, could not reach them by phone and could not pay through their web site. Finally got ahold of them and they told me someone was using their phone number on a diff web site. That the second number I had from the web site was not their we site. I e mailed them from that web site so I don't understand how they got my email from a web site that is not theirs???? Lied to me on the phone and was rude. Don't go to this trash service.!!

Terrible service

The driver cracked the wheel on my recycling can. I called shortly after it happened. The office contacted the driver who stated he didn't remember breaking a wheel. When I asked to speak to the supervisor the person on the phone said that "Oscar" the supervisor was on the route with the driver and he doesn't remember it happening either. They refuse to fix the wheel. Cancelled the service. Appears to be a dishonest company and unwilling to provide any type of customer service.
