Ruby Tuesday

A friend and I ate there 6/19/14 from the new petite menu, with special requests, and everything was cooked and delivered to our satisfaction. Our waitress was fantastic; we kept her waiting because we kept talking instead of ordering. So we made sure to tip her well. Try the petite menu, especially when you don't want to take anything home! I'll be back.

We ordered take-out. Three out of the four entrees were correct. The latter was a communication era. We wanted a fried chicken caesar salad. What we received was fried chicken tenders over a salad with all the fixin's. In calling back and speaking with the manager, she stated they do not have a caesar salad on the menu. The frustration could have been avoided had the employee communicated this information. So in the end, we had an expensive two tenders because my child would not eat the complicated salad. The second issue was that we requested a few of the biscuits to have a starch with the salad. We did not receive any. This was after calling back and specifically requesting the item. The manager was nice and as usual offered something for the inconvenience. We declined as the time and effort to return on a school night minutes from bedtime defeated the purpose of the take-out. My advice is to always check your order. We will return for service as we enjoy the healthier food options.
