Lady that answered the phone said they dont do quotes over the phone for a water tank install. I explained that it isnt our home but a home we are thinking about buying and I just needed a "ball park" figure. She repeated they dont do estimates over the phone and said goodbye. Must be so busy that they dont need my business. The very next call was to Quality Air and heating and the guy was really helpful and gave me a quote over the phone. My buyers will end up buying this house and using them for the install. Hey Robison, teach your gal some selling and people skills, she just lost you business.

If the price was very much higher I would have to sell my children.###yes emergency service but i felt like i was robbed by the price and how long it took to fix once they make you sign the order to start. They got you over a bucket once they get to your house.###will never use again.###cost to much!!!!###I figured they had to be charging $200.00+ an hour for labor.Because the parts i compared at lows and the time they spent at my house. you can do the math it dosent take much to do the #'s.
