Dear Realtor, As you are aware the country is in the condition it currently is because of people like you who misrepresent clients purchasing homes and encourage them to lie about their income and financial status. You should be ashamed of yourself you charged 6% non-negotiable pricing on sales that where given to you which have been out of control for years yet as I recall you were impatient and wanted an immediate price for a house you were selling so that you could inform your client of price to deduct from the sales price, again you think of only yourself. I remember telling you the owner would call you shortly with a price quote but you demanded immediate reply only to gain information from our company and had no intention of using our services. I have been in business 30 years I have seen corvettes, rickels, chanels, and even home depots close because of the economy. Still we have 5 full-time employees and are expanding. I suggest before you slander someone you think about your behavior and how you over charge, misled and took huge profits from your clients leading our country into decline.
