From the eyes of an emergency ...

From the eyes of an emergency responder:
One of the challenges a first responder can face is obtaining the correct patient information. When we come on the scene of an emergency we are often met with the need to be urgent and precise with our treatment, therefore it can become a challenge trying to treat a patient and find out their correct medical history at the same time. This service would help us to not only obtain the correct information it will also cut down on the time we are at a scene. I feel this service has the potential to save many lives.

Dear ERSS, I just want to let...

Dear ERSS,

I just want to let you know how much I appreciate you for the fantastic job you have done to help me take care of my ailing 88 year old mother.

I brought my mother from a hospital in North Carolina to my home in Maryland. Before my mother had been discharged from the North Carolina hospital, your specialist had arranged an appointment with a doctor in Maryland for my mother. She had also arranged home health care through Southern Maryland Health. The personnel that were assigned to take care of my mother at home have been the best in the world. The nurses, therapists, and personal care attendants have always been on time and always called to arrange a time that would be convenient to us. They contacted the doctors and made sure that the doctor's orders concerning the health of my mother was followed to the letter. They are personable and all have the best bedside manner in the world. Thank You.

Everything has worked as smooth as silk. I knew everything that would happen and when it would happen. You, ERSS, kept in touch with me and were available to personally keep in touch with the personnel that were assigned to my mother to ensure that she received the optimum care from all sources.

My mother could not walk when she left North Carolina. She had fallen twice and was hospitalized with a stomach virus and congestive heart failure. Now, three weeks later, she will soon be ready to go back to North Carolina for a visit. She will still require some care from the home health service when she returns, but she has thrived under the care provided through you and the Southern Maryland Home Health Service.

Again, thank you, ERSS and the service provided through your organization for a job well done.

Forever grateful.

Dear Essential Relief Support ...

Dear Essential Relief Support Services,

My story is not unique. Many people encounter issues when they have to utilize their health insurance in the case of an accident or chronic pain.

As an avid exerciser, I noticed a persistent pain in my knee and decided to see my doctor about the pain. My knee was consistently swollen and my health care provider and other specialist could not pin-point the reason. They suggested a MRI to help diagnosis my condition, but my health insurance denied the claim on multiple occasions.

Frustrated with my Open Access Program, I turned to your company to understand my options. Within days of applying the knowledge I received, I was approved for the MRI through my health insurance and had an appointment scheduled. Based on the results of the MRI, I was scheduled for surgery within two-weeks followed by a comprehensive physical therapy to rehabilitate my knee.

Had it not been for your service, which I must add has paid for itself 25 times through the money I saved; I would not have been able to relieve my chronic knee pain due to the high cost of the procedures.

My most sincere thanks; you saved me so much stress, pain, time and money.

All the best,

Brenda

In this period in our history,...

In this period in our history, staying in touch with family members is often a challenge. This service would give parents and loved ones the security of knowing that not only will they be contacted in case of an emergency but that pertinent information will be readily available. I would recommend this program as a part of the admissions package for colleges and universities.
