My Computer Guy

My Computer Guy is the to-go-to person for us. We are seniors with visual problems, and Mike was so patient and understanding of our needs without making us feel 'stupid'. He went beyond our needs by even checking out our TV to see if we could play our photos on it, and then explaining why it couldn't be done. We will be sure to contact him for our future computer needs.

I picked up a virus on a public Wi-Fi and it bogged down my new laptop and affected many of the Office applications and functions. I took it to Mike, and in a day and one-half he called me to come pick it up. It's been several week since, and my laptop is running great. I also invested in a Verizon JetPack, portable Wi-Fi that's secure in public places and is super easy to use in resturants, coffee shops, airports, etc. Thanks Mike for getting me going again!! - Eston
