        Don't even bother. We bought two Groupon deals with those guys in July, we knew we would need it later this summer. My partner couldn't get through for 3 days, and when he finally did, they STOOD him up for the appointment. That was end of August. Not even a phone call or "I'm sorry". Just didn't show up. That caused a cluster with the condo owner.



        I wanted to use my Groupon for carpet cleaning end of September, since I already paid for it. I called every single day Mon through Thu, 2-3 times a day. Every time I got a voicemail. I finally wrote them a nasty email through their website, no response. So, again, I had to pay for someone else to come and clean the carpets. It's only after I complained to Groupon they sent me a message; but I already had my carpets cleaned. Worst customer service in the world.



        Best part? You can't leave any review yourself on their website, they have 5 star reviews because they screen and post the ones they like.
