Boston Window & Floor Cleaning

NO FREE ESTIMATES! I called these people after finding them on a google search to get my store floors fixed from another floor cleaning company that screwed them up. Guy comes out to give me an estimate, see's the problem, goes to Home Depot to get a gallon of the product that he will use on my floors. Tells me what the cost and time it would take and we part ways.

Get a call two days ago telling me they are send me a bill for $75. I ask them why am I'm getting charged for work that will not be done. They say it is covering the cost of the stripper the guy got at Depot, the gas, insurance and his time. No one discussed with me being charged for the stripping product or him driving over to Depot to get it or even being charged for the estimate!

After the call got heated and the lady from the company telling me she will take us to small claims court, we got the bill down to $50. I will never ever call them or do any business with them. They say they are a family run business, so is my store, but I don't charge people for the advice I give them if they don't buy the products I recommend. NEVER CALL THEM OR HAVE THEM COME TO YOU. Very unprofessional conduct on their part
