Haines Towing Inc.

March 8th my tire blewout in Bordentown, NJ off of rt 130S. When I called Haines- beginning with the very professional, nice dispatch person, to the nice man whom came to my aid was great. Only waited 30 min.

UNBELIEVEABLE. Broke down on the NJ Turnpike. Had to get towed and they hassled with taking AAA. Only two other tow companies could take it off the lot to PA to my mechanic. No others are allowed. THEY CHARGED ME $80 FOR THE TOW TO GET MY CAR BACK AND WOULD NOT GIVE MY KEYS UNTIL I PAID!!! THEY NEVER TOLD ME OR HAD ME SIGN ANYTHING ON THE TURNPIKE ABOUT THE CHARGE! The guy screamed at me to get off the lot when I went to get stuff from my car and tried to push me with the gate. I can't stress enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
