Established in 1976, Abrasive-Form is a contract manufacturer specializing in creep-feed grinding. Its more than 60,000-square-foot plant has nearly 35 creep-feed grinding machines. Its quality system is ISO and Aerospace certified. Its products are used in turbine engines, surgical products, paper mill equipment, electronic devices and connectors, automobiles and hand tools. It designs, develops and sells manufacturing systems, including machines and tooling and process parameters. Its operators and their equipment are supported by the corporate staff, including tool making and quality control personnel. Its grinding experts assist with design and process specifications. It serves industries, such as the tungsten carbide inserts, aerospace, automotive, medical, heavy machinery, electronics and hand tools industries.
