My family and I purchased and leased many high priced vehicles from this dealer. I do not have time to describe the details, which would take me hours, but I can tell you that everyone at this dealership, from Charles Ghesquire(owner) to AJ Kreiss(salesman) and all the way down to the cashiers, are careless, unproffesional, misleading, and flat out DISHONEST people. In my entire life, dealing with everyone from Lexus to Honda, I have never experienced such an ILL-FASHIONED operation. These people do not operate manneredly nor do they appreciate anyone's business to say the least. The details are horrific and perhaps one day I will take the time to describe them, but today is not that day. I become nauseated when I think of the experiences I've had with the above mentioned individuals. THE ONLY MERCEDES DEALERSHIP IN MICHIGAN THAT IS NOT OWNER BY THE GHESQUIRE FAMILY IS IN ST. CLAIR SHORES.
