Everyone I've come in contact with at Shear Point seem to bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. Sharon at the front desk is ever so friendly and always upbeat. Vanessa is extremely knowledgeable about any services I've ever inquired about. Trudy who has worked on my hair for several years is the best at what she does and always seems to accommodate my scheduling needs. Mr. McCarty (Scott) runs an excellent business - it is no wonder that they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
