Poor customer experience lead me to speak to the manager. The manager didn't seem to care. When I told him this incident was going to lose him a 20 yr customer of Taco Casa, he opened the door to usher me out. Never again.

Provided by SuperpagesTaco Casa is the BEST...Taco Bell is not even in the same ballpark. Everything's made fresh and almost melts in your mouth. It's so addicting; I eat it at least once a week. I could go on & on about its greatness!

Although I have not been to this location (I plan to go tomorrow), my history with Taco Casa began in Tuscaloosa in 1979. I've always found the food to be excellent, the friendliness of employees notably exceptional, and order accuracy extremely good. I feel the prices are a bit high, but worth it. My criticisms would be:
1-Order extra meat!
2-Meat can be extremely greasy (but it's good). Take a Tagamet first.
3-Don't get tacos to go unless you get the mild, hot, or extra hot sauce separately. The tacos will get soggy rapidly if you don't.
4-Sour cream is sold separately.
5-Not enough cheese, but you can order extra (at cost) if you like.
6-The beverages are packed WAY too full of ice. Order light ice if you want something to drink.
I highly recommend beefy nachos w/ extra meat and peppers on the side (if you like jalapenos). I love the enchiladas, tacos, beef burritos (w/ extra meat), chili burritos (a meal in itself)and frijoles with a bag of those great chips. My sister loves the taco burgers. Everything is consistently fresh and heavenly tasting! It's my favorite food, EVER. On the extremely rare occasion an order is incorrect, it is promptly corrected and more than made up for in generosity. Be prepared to say if you want your items "mild, hot, or extra hot".
