Very disgusted with the way they treat their employees. I see the same kid doing all work while the rest of the staff does nothing. I can only imagine they don't care about their customers if they treat their employees like that. Where had the golden rule gone? Managerial staff like that is the reason I won't go back and lose some hope in humanity.

May not have all the variety of the large chain hardware stores but the service is unbeatable and the items are high quality. The cost of their rental equipment is significantly cheaper than the large chains.
