        the person answering the phone was very knowledgeable about massage and the licensing procedures after school. i did have to wait for a call back but i was called within 24 hours of my message. i wanted to tour the school after speaking with the receptionist because of the time she took in answering my questions and how personable she was on the phone. thanks birmingham school of massage!!!
