American Cab Co

This taxi service is horrible. I'm from Massachusetts so I'm used to rudeness but ..I called at 2:00p.m they said they will have a cab for me 5-20min. 1:30min later after I called and complained I go to the restroom to see 2missed calls from a501 area code--- it was this rude woman that said she was gonna send someone out but now I need to call back and place another order for a cab!! I'm so furious its now 3:32 I have a deadline of 4:00pm.

I called to get a ride hone from work & the first thing I am told is call Yellow Cab. Then the Dispatcher goes on to tell me thT people usually reserve cabs ahead of time for Saturday nights. I apologized for tye inconvenience & let the dispatcher know that sometimes car trouble isn't predictable. He just said, "Oh."
