Ourisman Honda in Bethesda

WORST experience ever! They are slimy con artists. I was told TWICE that they had a car for me to purchase but upon pick up time, suddenly the car was no longer available. Naturally, they had other, more expensive cars for purchase. Sales sleaze "Remoe" is not to be trusted, he knew I was driving 2 hours in for it. I am just glad they did not get a dime from me. I will happily take my cash elsewhere.

Without out a doubt, the best Service Department I have ever been to. I've been going there for 20 years. From the always smiling "traffic cop" [John, I think] who greets you when you first drive in, to the young men who retrieve your car at the end of the day, and everyone in between, the service is always terrific. Honest and knowledgeable staff. The prices are high but I'm happy to pay for good, quick and convenient service. Some may do it cheaper but nobody does it better.
