Anytime Fitness

I actually use to workout at the bigger gyms , more equipment, pools, saunas ect....which is great, but nothing beats a no Hassel, clean , friendly neighborhood gym like Anytime Fitness!! ENJOY it very much,,,if you ever need help with anything while your there, ask for Shannon, she is amazing..

The Owner Jay and the manager I spoke to were rude and I found them both to be incompetent. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. Jay had the nerve to demean me when he spoke to me on the phone today. I went for a tour and who ever did the tour never even acknowledged me, they spoke to the other person so I walked out and they let me and this was after I could not even get answers as to what the gym offers. I described to Jay what the person looked like and his response was “that could be any of us! The reason I called Jay was to discuss concerns that I had before deciding to join the gym or not and I was told you obviously have other problems (more than once this was stated to me) and I do not need or want anyone like you at my gym, attacking a persons character is a good way to get and keep customers!!!!. I found Jay to be unprofessional when speaking to me as well as disrespectful and rude obviously like his employees. You should never call a place and ask questions and be rudely told to go on the internet for all the information, what about people that do not use computers. Why after three days did Jay not return my call based on the corporate email sent to him? Also, this for me is at least the 5th call to get information on what this gym offers. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS GYM!!!!!!! There are too many other options providing a more competent staff as well as a friendlier staff.
