        Decent supply of items, shipping was pretty good and quick. However, customer service was horrible. Which is a huge factor for me. One of the items they sent was the wrong size - admittedly, I didn't realize it until it was time to bake (2 weeks after received) and called to see if it was possible to overnight correct size. "Lady" was rude off the bat...."well I need to check, YOU'D have to pay for it..." Huh? Why? You messed up. She comes back on the line and claims UPS has already run and she can't send anything. I wasn't expecting a whole lot but something better than what I got. She even laughed at one point when I asked for her name. I had to actually request a refund on the item I ordered and didn't receive - weeks later, still do not have it. Since it was so small (in cost), it's not worth my time to subject myself through their customer "service" again, so I'll kindly leave my reviews. Buyer beware.

        I usually get my supplies from Oasis by UPS, but I happened to be driving up the I 95 corridor, so I stopped in.All I can say is great service, prices, and people. It seemed as though all of the helpers there had asked me if I had found everything that I was looking for.

        Cake Decorating and Candy Supply: The store part is very small but is attached to a large warehouse that they use for their wholesale company. The location is in an industrial park, so it might be hard to find the first time, but once you find it you'll keep coming back. They are the wholesale suppliers to many of the bakeries and candy stores around so I've found that they pretty much have everything.
