It was crazy, this week I called AAA 3 different days, each time for a different reason.

Monday AAA gave me roadside assistance for a flat tire while 125 miles from home.

Tuesday I started smelling very strong gas fumes for some reason.

Wednesday I ran out of gas (whaaat?) and I called AAA; they delivered gas to me (how embarrassing!). When I got home less than an hour later, my car was really hot and the gas smell even stronger.

Today, I went to my car to see if it had any codes about the gas smell...I realized that the gas I had been smelling for 2-3 days had become a huge fuel leak all around the fuel tank beneath the car. Again, I called to request AAA tow my car to the dealer (I found out there had a factory recall within the fuel system - part that malfunctioned).

AAA...Thanks for being so awesome with quick, efficient and personable service each time you came to my rescue!

For the first time in 56 yrs of driving I had to be towed. I was lucky to choose Consolidated Towing. They are very professional, helpful and compassionate.
I hope I will not have to be towed again..but when I do Consolidated will be my first call

I called Consolidated yesterday when my car wouldn't start. It's an older Mazda and when their battery service technician arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. My battery was over 6 years old and was looking rather "crusty". We decided a new one was in order and "Adam" was able to replace it right away. In no time, I was on my way with a brand new battery. Awesome service! "Adam" was kind, courteous, professional and....even kinda cute! I can't say enough how wonderful my experience was with Consolidated and their "Everyday Heroes in Orange"!!!

I had to be towed yesterday and was extremely impressed with this company and recommend anyone to use them in the 'unfortunate' need for a tow. I had to use a tow company in another part of the state three months ago, and those guys pale in comparison to the professional attitude of Consolidated Towing.######The dispatcher I talked with was extremetly friendly and very courteous, and very knowledgeable as well. I'm sorry I didn't get the driver's name, but he was very proficient in his job, and we talked about everything from A to Z during the 4 hour trip from Bend to Woodburn.
