Scotty's Custom Alarms

I recently brought my girlfriends car in to have the remote starter serviced. Not sure who installed the remote starter originally since the car was bought used. The remote starter stopped working for some reason. Anyways they pulled it in checked it out. Found out the coded factory key under the dash stopped working. Which is why the remote starter won't work. Scotty referred me to Home Depot to have a coded key made instead of going to the dealership which would have cost probably double the money. I came back with a working key. They put the key back in the module and magic my remote starter works again. They only charged me minimum labor $30 to work on my car not once but twice because I had to come back with the new key to be installed. Bottom line Friendly Customer Service.
