People like you and me bring our car to this pep boys as a customer not knowing that the workers will deliberately damage your car because of the sick thrill they get than lie to you and tell and pretend like it's normal or nothing happened. But your car is about to cutt of on the road and your motor is now damaged because Alexander Hernandez this sick human being who is also disgusting in his habits and a deplorable human being this Alexander Hernandez will purposely for his demented reasons will purposely damage new cars and pretend like nothing happened. I urge you to read the ripper off reports about this pep boys and Christina toledo is a full supporter of these horrible human beings. I really think its a shame!

THESE THREE disgusting people walk around pretending to be customer service agents. Instead they are horrible disgusting human beings who prey on older people who bring their cars and scam them out of a measles $18 dollars. Pretenders that should be reported. Their victims come to them for car repairs which this business has found a way to have people come in that are unaware of the scam and other horrible things they do. And then they damage their car take their money and send them off with not even a apology. It's really a shame I think.
