Lock Patrol

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The owner, Steve is so rude to me and he refused to come fix my lock. I own a business in Bellevue and they replaced all of our locks for around$600. The main lock gets stuck and I called him to come fix it about a month after they replaced the lock, He was going to make me pay but I said no. well today, the lock is totally stuck again and when I called he told me to call a different locksmith. Can you believe that? Steve should not be allowed to do business ever again in my opinion.

Hopefully there would be no next time. If you are looking for a locksmith to help you open the door in case you accidentally locked yourself out, ask in advance for an estimate charge. When I called, I was told that the locksmith is around the area, and the trip fee would be $35 plus opening the door. This was a little after 6pm on a weekday. The guy arrived about 30 minutes and I was charged $175 for a 5 minutes work. When I questioned why so high, and I was told that they charge after hours fees … total is $175. One good thing out of this was I didn’t have to change a lock and I was able to get back to my home with my newly adopted dog. Good luck!

Highly recommend! Very responsive and professional. Came out same day, on time and fixed the lock on my horse trailer in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

* Was locked out of my car after work and the guy came within 20 minutes of me calling. It took less than 5 minutes for him to get into my car. Would definitely call again.

* This locksmith was my savior! Last month when there was a heavy day of snow, I was locked out of my house because I'd left my keys at work and I couldn't get a hold of anyone to pick me up. When I tried to find a locksmith to come and open my door, everyone said they either couldn't come or that it would take a few hours!! By the time I called this company, I was near tears but thank God they said they could come.

Thanks to them, I stayed home safe and warm that night!
