Worst service ever. Two hours every time you need so much as an oil change...with an appointment!. When you question anyone you get a dirty look and a "what do you want there are a lot of customers". Why did I make an appointment then? Is my time worthless to Honda after the car is bought?

This is the worst establishment with the most rude people. I've had so many issues with my brand new 10 month old 2015 Honda. This past time was the final straw. My car started rolling backwards in the parking lot of my job even though my emergency brake was pulled all the way up. This was a Tuesday and the service department told me they weren't accepting walk ins and I had to wait until Thursday. For a safety issue, it is beyond me that a dealership could say that to someone. When I went back to pick up the car, I the manager was so rude and couldn't explain to me why my emergency brake wasn't fully engaged. They told me that it needed to be tightened but that shouldn't happen to a new car. After going back and forth trying to understand why it happened and receiving no real answer, the manager called me a liar. Another manager told me that they can't make every customer happy. How can you say that to a person!!! Save your self the trouble and do not go there!!!!

I purchased a 2006 honda accord here over a year ago... I was mislead during the sale, and now trying to get my car serviced there has been a nightmare. You have to wait 2 hours on average for a scheduled oil change. I called to make a 30000 mile service. THe rep told me it would take 2 1/2 hours which is more like 4 and the would not give a loaner car for me to get to work, because the only do that when your car is in the shop for several days!!! I had my inspection done and it failed because i needed a new tire. THey wanted to charge me 250 dollars for one tire. I refused got a tire elsewhere and came back and they told me at that time I hade to wait for six other cars to be serviced before I could get my car reinspected, because I didnt purchase the tire with them. THey are a bunch of sleeze ball, smart mouths, and have no clue that the customer comes first. THis is one of the worst service departments I have ever dealt with. If you plan on getting your Honda serviced at HOnda, buy elsewhere otherwise your SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR A LIFETIME OF FUSTRATION OR UNTIL YOU TRADE IN!!!!!
