Old Great Wall Buffet

I dined at the Great Wall today and was seated facing the buffet. As I ate I watched the buffet and noticed a little boy with his parents. The little boy was playing in the food, actually picking up the rice noodles with his hands. I called my waitress over and while I told her about it the child was dipping his hand into other entrees. The waitress went to the buffet and came back, told me the child was with his mother now as if that was supposed to make his hands in the food o.k.. I was hoping someone would at least remove the rice noodles but no, customers continued to take from the rice noodles the child had his hands in. I stopped eating, got my bill, paid it and asked to speak to the owner. The employee pointed her out and I asked her if she was the owner and she shook her head no which confused the employee that pointed her out. I told this individual about what I had seen and at that point she pointed me to the exit door. I told her I'd never eat there again and walked out. If this organization has no concern about children putting their hands in the food and playing with it one can only wonder how the food is handled in the kitchen. I've eaten there many times but never again. I don't care how cheap the price or how good the food, if the owners, employees show no care about valid customer concerns about the food offered to them it's just not worth eating there. Anyone visiting the Great Wall should first go to the rest rooms before committing to a meal. They are disgusting and that in itself should be a warning sign.
