Food is good but they will nickel and dime the heck out of you. I am a regular customer and drove all the way to the restaurant bc I love pho and I liked theirs. I forgot my debit card at home. After looking in my car for it for a while I decided to place a to go order and would come back to get it. I walked in to place it and told her I forgot my card but needed water. The owner automatically assumed I wasn't getting food and charged me for a cup of tap water. After I voiced the fact that I eat here all the time I got a don't care reaction and was still charged. She told me if I wasn't eating they charged. I told them no problem and I wouldn't be ever again. Might seem petty but the overall attitude is what I don't like. Guess I'll look for a new pho spot
