UPDATE: 2 years later and they still do NOTHING about maintenance and do not respond to contact. Love the complex, despise the useless incompetent manager Chandra. Will be filing a consumer complaint with the Attorney General's office.



Completely useless management. They do nothing about noise complaints. They don't respond to emails. They allow maintenance into your apartment without notifying you. They are completely clueless about the condition of the property. Sink holes were reported to management after a child fell in one and no one responded. Do not rent here!

I am trying to get in touch with the owner of Bayou Rouge Apts, # 64. The property manager was very rude to me and hung up on me. I would like to speak with the Board of Directors as soon as possible.
