        Horrid office staff

        The wait time is usually about 40 minutes to an hour and normally very crowded in the waiting room. When you get to the exam room the doctor takes 20-30 minutes to see you. The office staff that handles the scheduling and checkins, checkouts are rude and tend to not favor white people. We were once 8 minutes late to an appointment due to traffic and though we called while stuck in traffic well before and they said it would be fine when we got to the front desk they said our appt was cancelled because we were late! And yet normally we'd still be sitting in waiting room around that time. The nurses are nice but it just doesn't make up for everything else wrong with this place.
