Our focus includes negotiated debt restructuring and using demand letters, foreclosures, and the seizure of personal property as necessary. We work with local and regional banks and various businesses to rectify loan defaults, enforce rights to collateral, and collect debts. In recent cases, we recovered $4 million in collateral for a bank, negotiated the return of collateral that was sold for $1.2 million, and achieved the payment of numerous smaller delinquent loans through demand letters.
