Louisiana Culinary Institute

My son goes here. We searched and visited several culinary schools and hands down this is the best culinary school in the state, for that matter in the South. The staff is friendly, the Teachers/Chef Instructors are qualified, and the facility is beautiful (very clean and professional). We like the fact that they keep a small student to teacher ratio and they really help with Job Placement. We just felt welcomed and we're lucky to have a school like this close to home.
