        Great emergency service

        Saturday at 530 pm on a holiday weekend with a flat tire is never a good place to be...but that was where I found myself Labor Day weekend 2013. I immediately thought of Goodyear Service Center, Firestone, Tire King....no luck they all refused me service citing that they were to close at 6pm... Where is the big business customer service. In a last ditch effort, I called Keep Rolling Tire and was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic "come on in man".... The guys fixed my ripped valve stem and indeed kept me rolling... Now thats true American customer service. Keep Rolling isnt a mega franchise but they have what all the mega's failed at when it counted....work ethic and customer service. Great job guys...!!! Hopefully I wont have another flat...but if I do I will gladly drive by Good(for nothing)year, Flatstone and Tire Queen just to give Keep Rolling my business....!!
