Integrity Mailboxes & Signage

We were promised mail boxes on a nice stand alone iron pedestal and instead pods were installed. These mailboxes are overpriced and not very attractive. When you try to talk to person who works for Integrity her voice mail is full. It was requested by Integrity that we pay up front for these boxes. This company has neither professionalism nor integrity.

Horrible service... Terrible wait time... Over priced... And damaged products installed then blamed on the customer. It s no wonder they require payment up front. Was forced to use this company due to subdivision regulations. It s been approx a month and it is only partially installed, has damaged parts, and when we call to check status and let them know about the damaged parts we are put off and told that someone must have hit the mailbox. Be very careful buying these mailboxes. We bought one and the hinges on the door broke more than two times. The whole subdivision boughts these mailboxes and at least half of the mailboxes were missing a door or hinges broke. My parents also bought a mailbox from these folks and their hinges broke too! More than once. When we called to fix they did fix but it's expensive. Integrity said the hinges break because the mailpeople open the mailboxes too hard. These are beautiful mailboxes it is too bad they aren't made better;(
