Fluoride Treatment

Dental Sealants
Sealants are an acrylic coating painted on the chewing surfaces of permanent molar teeth in order to prevent decay. Although thorough brushing and flossing can remove food particles and plaque, they can not get into the grooves of the teeth. Sealants fill in these grooves and protect these vulnerable areas from decay.

When you have a cavity, we will remove the decay and fill in your tooth to restore its strength. Fillings come in a variety of materials, such as amalgam silver, gold, or a tooth-colored composite resin. Tooth-colored fillings are a popular choice, as they aren’t noticeable in your smile.
Crowns
A crown is a cap placed over a tooth that has experienced decay or trauma, to restore strength and prevent further damage. A bridge is used to fill in a gap in the smile. To create a bridge, crowns are placed on the teeth on either side of the gap and are connected to an artificial tooth placed into the gap to secure it in place.
