        SPECIAL EXCELLENT.
        Had the Special - 2 large fried filets over bed of rice covered with crawfish etoufee??, green beans and potato salad. Enough for 2 meals. Seafood is excellent.

        I think they are gud I haven't came across mushy crawfish so far but overall they are seasoned just right

        Their crawfish are seasoned right but way over cooked. They are really mushy. I bought 4 pounds and all are mushy i would not advise anyone to buy them.
