I ordered a $130.00 arangement by the specific order number. I live in Miami so they did not expect that I would see the flowers. The mess that was received was 14 carnations on greenery. It was awful. When I called they said the workorder had all the flowers in it. I sent Ben Heroman a picture from a phone which he decided to complain of the quality. Then after my complaint the morning after the viewing, they put the flowers that were originally ordered into the arangement. It was completed by time for the burrial and the arangement was put graveside. After this then my credit card was charged $152.00. I am unsure it this was tax or what they charged me. I was told that they were going to deduct 30% from the costs. But obviously this went the wrong direction.


Do Not Use this service. The Lied about the flowers used and were obviously looking to take advantage of grief and distance.
