Billy Heroman's Flowerland

When I initially placed my order with Billy Heroman's, I felt comfortable believing I was dealing with one of the most reputable companies and florists in Baton Rouge. I live out of town and spent at least 20 minutes on the phone explaining the need to send a flower arrangement as the 'gender reveal' for my mother-in-laws first grandchild. The female on the phone was very helpful and assured me that the arrangement would include an "Its a Girl" balloon to explain the special delivery of flowers. The disappointment and confusion ensued when a flower arrangement was delivered with a balloon declaring "happy birthday pretty princess". Obviously the shop lacks any way for sales to communicate properly with the 'flower specialist' that I was assured would make the arrangement exactly how we ordered. Unfortunately, this incompetence degrades the opinion I will now share with others about the careless service Belly Heroman's delivers with their flower arrangements.
