Don't hire Mitchell Wood under either of his professional names, Architectnix or Century Builders. His work is shoddy, he uses unqualified workers for jobs they cannot perform properly, and in my case he cheated me out of proper electrical work, door installation — both entry and garage — and attic insulation. Total repairs within the first year after he (quote) completed (unquote) his work have cost me nearly $5000; even more after a new garage door will be installed later this week. Mr. Wood will lie to you will looking at you, so I assume that he has a lot of practice at this. I could not recommend this guy to nail 2 boards together properly.
