Woof Wash

I recently moved to the area and upon recommendation of my vet and two neighbors, we tried Woof Wash. I found the staff really friendly, so not sure why others might've had problems, but the groomer listened to my needs and did a really super haircut on my bichon Toby. He was in no way stressed or unhappy when I picked him up, actually just the opposite.

I have brought my dog into Woof Wash and the service there is terrible. i am never taking them their again and after seeing this review it makes me absolutely sick to think about what you guys couldve have done to my dog while his visit there. Coming from an employee, some of this must be true. My dogs were not groomed properly and i was not happy with their work.

Upon moving to Batavia I needed to find a local groomer for my Min.Schnauzer. I decided to go to Woof Wash and am so glad I did! This is the best cut my dog has ever received.Dawn the owner/groomer has also recognized some issues my dog was having and led me in the right direction as far as where to get outstanding vet care! I will definitely continue to use Woof Wash's services and recommend others to do so also!

Hi , my name is Kim and i was a previous employee at the Woof Wash and I am very disapointed in a lot of things about this bussiness. First of all I do not like how the owner Dawn treats the dogs in the back. I have seen her knee a dog and shove them. Most dogs are confused and fussy when they come in and hard to work with but I disagree with this behavior. Last week when I was getting my oil changed the owner told me that he brought his huskey in once and returned to him with scratches that he hadn't noticed before bringing it in. Also the owner forgot to sign my last pay check before I quit so the bank ended up calling me and I had to go in on my spare time so she could re sign it. My main concern is for the dogs and please NO ONE BRING THEIR DOGS HERE!!!!!! Being a dog lover myself I would hate to see anyone's loved animal to be mistreated.

We have taken our dogs to Woof Wash for years and have found them to be totally professional. The groomers do a terrific job on the wash and cuts, and our dogs come home beautiful and relaxed. Our current dog gets very excited to see the people there leaving me with no concerns as to whether she is being treated well. We drive miles to get to them, bypassing several other grooming concerns because they are so good and so caring

We've been customers of Woof Wash for over 9 years. Our dogs get personal service and are not treated like just another dog to get groomed. They enjoy going to Woof Wash and feel welcomed and relaxed. The staff is professional and have years of experience and knowledge. They are great with our older dog and our younger dog ever since she was a puppy. We highly recommend Woof Wash to any dog owner!

I have taken my dog to Woof Wash for almost 9 years. . He is a Maltese. We have received nothing but fantastic service. I was not a dog owner before, and Dawn has always given great service and good advice. I have relied on them to help in taking care our dog. She actually saved us in an emergency in the first few months we had him. He got burrs in his hair on his face and we couldn't find his eyes. Dawn managed to save him and us from a traumatic situation. I have gone to Dawn and Crystal ever since and have been very satisfied. It is nice to have a stable family business. Our Dog is equally satisfied. He loves going there and when we get close to the shop he gets all excited.

I can not say enough good things about the folks at the Woof Wash! The owner and her staff are gentle with the dogs and unhurried so the stress levels are very low.I have Standard Poodles so they go to the shop fairly often, come home happy, clean and even their teeth are brushed!

We have taken our 11 year old Cocker Spaniol to Woof Wash in Batavia since he was a puppy. We love the kind and caring service that Dawn and Crystal give to our little darling. Floyd loves going to see the girls ...."his girlfriends". The grooming is always so great and they take care to make notes and go over what they will do each time. They call as soon as he is ready and call to remind of the appointments. Floyd loves Woof Wash and so do we. We recommend it highly.
