        Our Showrooms:Our design consultants in our Charles Village and Green Spring Station Showrooms are skilled in finding the perfect framing solutions for residential and commercial applications. Clients have the opportunity to choose from thousands of frames and mats to determine the design that will result in the best presentation of their artwork. At JLP, we know that choosing the right framing treatment can be daunting when there are so many options from which to choose. We are dedicated to assisting our clients in selecting the design those suites both their individual tastes and the location where a work will be displayed. We welcome, as central to our services, the challenge of meeting both of these objectives.The Gallery:JLP Fine Art & Custom Framing Galleries at Green Spring Station features works by area artists in solo exhibits lasting six weeks. We are committed to creating a venue that explores the many imaginative directions our local artists have traveled to express their visions. Artist receptions are held during the first week of each exhibit. Hours are from 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday or by appointment. Invitations are sent via the postal service; to be included on our mailing list, send your name and address to our email address, or sign our guestbook when you visit the gallery.         I was searching for a place to...

        I was searching for a place to take my prints and decided to bring them here based on a recommendation. The consultation and choices were excellent but I ended up waiting over 6 weeks to get my my prints back, which seems like an excessive amount of time since I just wanted something simple. The staff was unapologetic after I called numerous times and left messages. I felt like as soon as they had my money, there was an immediate decline in overall service. In addition, when I picked up my photos, the owner or manager seemed to be obviously angry about something which made me and the girl behind the counter very uncomfortable. I don't think I will be bringing my other work here.

        Best of the Best

        I worked in framing years ago so I find myself being a little harsh when judging others frame work, but I am always satisfied when I go to JLP. Their quality of workmanship and materials far surpass any other shop around. They make their own frames with customizable finishes, carry high grade archival materials, french & linen mats, as well as some great commercial frames. Tell them what you want and they can make it happen. Thanks guys!

        I have been to numerous frame shops in and around Baltimore and I must say that James L. Pierce Framing is hands down Baltimore's finest framers. Our collection of artwork spans over 40 years and we have always had a great concern on proper conservation and framing of our artwork. The staff at James L. Pierce is always pleasent, knowledgeable and eager to address any questions or concerns we have and they come highly recommended by the area's top museums.
