These people are crooks and towed my car from my apartment complex saying I didnt have a resident sticker on my window when I do have a blue sticker saying parking permit. They are saying I need to have a green sticker saying garrison apts. MY apartment complex isnt even called garrison apts. It was called Patuxent Management LLC and then Pangea took over a month ago. They havent even gave us new stickers until yesterday after this incident. At this point my car is stolen. They property manager called them they kept saying we have to speak to the general manager who ironically went on vacation in a onw night. He apprantly have the picture of my car and no sticker. Im not the one to be playing with. Has my kids car seats in the car. Ive been living here for a year and nobody haa ever towed my car. Now only my car gets towed and none of these cars in the parking has the sticker they are askong for. We were issued blue stickers. This company will be seeing me in court for stealing my car. They werent authorized by my property manager to tow my car. I have the proper sticker. Still dont have my car. I was told I have to wait til monday. What if my kids had an emergency there car seats are in my car. I felt targeted and I will be writing a complaint on every website I can you crooks. Go get a real job and stop ripping off hardworking people.

Greenwood Recovery Towing is by far thee worst company you could ever work for and even have to do business with. From the president Burt/Buz to vice-president Shane to Ops manager Robert and wanna be in charge Michelle who they say is OCD and a bzzznitch. At first these people will front and act like they care about their employees but they sure don't.
Number 1 they are all prejudice 2 they are not family oriented 3 very very unprofessional 4 they will steal property out your cars 5 they will damage your vehicles 6 they lie to all their clients say and type that their repo guy went and looked for a vehicle and did NOT! 7 lastly they do not pay their employees on time!!!!! My beef with them is that on the day I got hired I told Robert the Ops manager because my family has one vehicle I will have to use my lunch at 315pm to pick up my mom from work which is right around the corner from them and be right back I get off work at 5pm. Robert says that is okay. Then later on says I cannot do that anymore. Y'all FAMILY OHANA comes first for me. God family then others! I said basically if y'all can't work with me on this you all can kiss my shut your mouth. They will be SUED real quick and in a hurry! Capital One, GM, Ford, CAC and more will find out asap of Greenwood Towing Recovery's work and business ethics believe that!

Greenwood is absolutely the worst towing company in Baltimore. They will rip you off and damage your car in the process. Stay away from these scumbags at any cost. Even if you have to pay a little bit more to another company, it would be well worth it. The manager/owner - Charles Parrish is a total scumbag and will not reimburse you for any damage that was caused by their incompetent, rookie drivers. They will hold your car hostage until you pay them (cash only) and you have absolutely no recourse against these scumbags except going to small claims court.

STAY AWAY FORM GREENWOOD TOWING - IF YOU USE THEM FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION LATER!
