the shop that ruined my valentine. On feb. 13th, Flowers by Chris called me at 5pm to inform me that flowers will be delivered to me on feb.14th, I was pissed, I asked the sales associate to have the owner call me. As a customer I felt as though the owner knowing that its a holiday would call and send her apoligies, because it was the shops fault that they ruined my valentines suprise. Unknow to me that is not what happened, instead, on valentines day I had to call the store and ask where are my flowers and I work 3minutes away from the shop. I was told a driver called out, the deliveries were backed up, so on and so forth. I told the associate that was not my problem. I asked for the owner again who still had not returned my call and I wound up going to the flower shop. When I arrivede I asked for the owner again who was walking around the store, not once did she acknowledging that I was in her shop. I asked for the flowers and they told me they couldnt tell me if they were in the store or not, so i told them to deliver them. At 4:30pm time for me to leave work still no flowers. Still no call from the owner. My husband met me at my job because I was so upset,we went to the flower shop and asked for our money back. The owner finally came out and told my husband, HERE IS YOUR DAMN MONEY AND GET THE HELL OUT OF MY STORE!!!!!! wow. I would not recommend a DOG to her shop. I hope her business crunbles right before her eyes. I fell as though anybody who decides to open a business in the customer service field should learn customer service. Oh, and the only reason I gave her a star is because you cant go forward with the post without one.

What lousy customer service. The person who answered the phone acted like the last thing on earth she wanted to be doing was taking care of my order. She gave me no help with ideas, expected me to know what they had available, and seemed annoyed when I asked about types of arrangements. I was hoping to place an add on such as candy or a stuffed bear, but she gave me such a bums rush I did not dare ask for anything else. Guess I was interrupting something or she had a hot date. She hung up and never gave the total I would be charged on my credit card. If you want nice customer service do not go to this place!
