        Theres nothing that isnt tasty at Market Bakery, but its the Bergers Cookie by which this place earned its world-famous moniker. The Berger Cookie is a Baltimore legend: a simple combination of shortbread and just-so chocolate fudge. Theyre shipped and savored all around the world, but Market Bakery is the only place you can buy them just after baking, from the very people who baked them. Longtime owners Fannie and Minus are passionate about their work and Lexington Market in general. Their confections are made with love, and youll be able to taste it.

        Overall

        I called them to inquire about ordering a cake although there cakes are really good there customer service is terrible. They are very short with you on the phone and not very helpful in terms of my options. Made me feel like I was bothering them trying to buy a cake from them needless to say I will be buying my cake elsewhere. FYI customer service is KEY.
