        Northridge is located in the small community of Baker - moments away from Baton Rouge and Zachary. While we offer traditional long term care and short term rehabilitation, Northridge is recognized for specialized units that differentiate this facility from others in the area. Our Memory Enhancement Unit provides individualized care for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia and our Lighthouse wing allows us to provide care to men with behavioral problems in a secured environment. Our staff have years of experience and receive ongoing training to provide quality care to these residents in a structured environment.

        Services/Products
        Our services include 24 hour nursing care, recreational activities, therapeutic diets, and rehabilitation programs such as speech, occupational and physical therapies. We offer unique nursing services such as IV medication administration and Vital Stem Therapy. Short term rehabilitation programs are available for residents who need additional care before returning home after a hospital stay. In such cases, our focus is to begin discharge planning upon admission to ensure that each resident meets individual goals that will allow them to regain the independence needed to return home.

        I love this NH. It's the best. They treat their residents with respect and dignity. They treat them like family. The staff there is awesome. It's clean and smells good all the time. Thanks Northridge for all you do.
