I needed emergency service one night last week. I called Indy Mobile Auto and told the receptionist my problem (power steering belt broke), and I gave her the exact VIN on my car so they could look up the parts. It was two hours before the mechanic finally arrived. However, after working on the car for an hour, the mechanic finally tells me that he has the wrong belt. He then drives a half hour each way to the closest 24/7 auto parts store. By the time he had installed the new belt, he had logged three hours. When it came time to charge me, they billed me for the ENTIRE THREE HOURS. It was not my fault he picked up the wrong belt, especially since I told the office over the phone my make, model, and VIN. The entire project should have taken no more than one hour. Buyer beware.
