Capital City Kids Daycare

This daycare is awful. A few days ago I wrote a review on Yelp and lookie what a few days later the OWNERS Ralph and Elsa wrote back saying their daycar is the best with a 5 star rating what a joke....The best part they talking about my spelling but owe well people can read it. And thats what counts. I would nvr work at a place like that or even apply they treat their employess like trash. I have witnessed it personally. I was gonna leve well enough alone but well since I figured at least I would save one parent from the shadiness of this place now ill try to save two. Im reposting my yelp review here: Funny how there are only 1 star reviews and 5 star... hmm.

This daycar is the worst the owners Ralph and Elsa are the ones writing all the 5 star revews. These people are money hungry they feed your kids the bare min. They ask parents to donate pizza from specific places then ask for the reciept so they can collect from the food prgrm on yo dime. If the power or water gets shut down they sposed to have kids picked up but they don't because they don't want to deal with it. They have had the kids use the bathroom in this situation and had the teachers rinse the potty with water they bought from the store. YOU KNOW HOW I KNOW MY CHILD TOLD ME SO. And my baby not no liar.Every opportunity they get they doc their employees pay. And truss me I realize this is can be done at any job but really who does this... THEY DO. They trap parents who can not affd better daycares since they accept ccms. Stay away. They are so rude to employees and parents. Last director of other daycare got fired because she expressed how terrible the owners are on FB and someone snitched on her and they fired her.



Watch now the owners will write their own 3+ star review any day now they might wait a month not to look suspicious but its dem... ShayDee.

Let's start with the good part the regular teachers who watched my kids are awesome. Since the director just up and left. The owners were forced to take over this is when the issues we had started. My son got hurt at the school he had to be taken to the doctors to make sure there was no serious injury. We asked our son what happen he is 3 years old. he told us that a kid pushed him into the yellow shelf. Also said the teacher wiped his nose because it started to bleed. The next day we asked to see the report they said what report. We told them what happen and they called up the substitute who was in for my sons teacher. She told them she never knew something like this happen then when we went to pick up my son the story changed. it changed 3 more times because CPS got involved because they are our foster kids. They told my wife that she over reacted to my son swollen nose and that kids lie. The doctor even said that he had some bleeding and its bruised you can see the bruise in the pictures. So while we were looking for another daycare we met a former employee who said that the substitute is a close family friend. They also grilled my son over and over about what happen basically calling him a liar. Then the proceeded to make fun of my family and kids in the office. for my kids to over hear My son teacher was instructed that she will need to have staff present when talking to my wife and I then she was relocated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED THIS TO ANYONE KIDS THEY CANT BE TRUSTED
