New Cleaners

I have been coming here for over 6 years. Jessica (the owner) always makes sure that my shirts are cleaned and pressed correctly. Of course there has been a minor mishap once in a while, but they have always been corrected and never a reoccurrence. I have tried 4 other cleaners, but am very happy with New Cleaners.

Try elsewhere! Terrible Staff, zero class! I recently started a job nearby and stopped into the Starbucks next to the cleaners. After 19 inches of snow this weekend, the parking lot was difficult to navigate and see where the spaces were located. 2 min later after purchasing my coffee, I went back out to my car and politely waited to get back into my vehicle which was now blocked by a van parked crooked and less then 6 inches from my car. The gentleman slowly loaded his dry cleaning. He then came around the car & proceeded to yell at me and tell me I was not in a real parking spot. I apologized and indicated I meant no harm and due to the snow simply parked where I was able to. He proceeded to then tell me I was still wrong and he didn't believe me. He let me know he was the delivery driver and he was sick of people "like me" and all of our excuses. I said sorry once again and then said "look I just apologized and I didn't mean to bother you, can you please move your vehicle so I can leave" He just kept on going..... I had to threaten to call the police and walk back inside the Starbucks before he would move his car....he finally moved but honked and gave me a 1 finger salute on my way out. I would NEVER even try a drycleaner that hires such an offensive and pompous delivery person. There are 3 other drycleaners w/in 2 blocks...try anywhere but here!

This dry cleaning service is simply horrible. DO NOT go there. I can't believe how rude the owner is. I am interested to see the previous comment, showing I am not the only person to think this. I don't know why I didn't switch cleaners years ago. No customer service at all.

I won't recommend this place to anyone. people is very rude in this laundry. I corteously asked Jessie if they could clean an stain in my blouse, and she litterally trougth it in my face saying something that I couldn't understand because her broken English. I have'nt ever seen a person could react like this with a client . I felt terribly insulted. She is a mean person.
