I’ve been brought all of my cars to Quality Choice Auto Repair for the last 7 years! It’s always a relief to know that I will get prompt, expert service.

(One star only because I'm required) - I took my '08 4Runner to them after an accident that wasn't my fault. It was in the shop for nearly 4 months before Insurance said to just get it out of there immediately. During these 4 months, phones calls were never answered. The claims agent and I would have to stop in once every couple weeks to talk to Robert. Excuses after excuses. After getting the car back, I took it a few reputable shots to look at it. I learned that Robert bought an empty differential housing and put the old parts in it so it appears like the whole end was replaced as this is what insurance quoted to do. The only thing Robert did was buy empty differential housing, new bumper, new rim, and a used and bent side step. None of the body work was done which was also paid for. I received quotes on this as well. Additionally, the mechanic decided to paint my brake drums and calipers white because he "thought it looked cool". Progressive paid $4797.50 to Robert, and he his cost on the differential housing, bumper, rim, and side step was around $900.

The service I received from quality choice was fast and accurate to what I needed to be repaired. I will definitely refer this shop to other's.
