Kaiser Permanente Aurora Centrepoint Medical Offices

I was unaware that medical procedures could be so amazing. This is the best experience I have ever had from any medical provider or location. I can't recommend this enough. The staff are attentive, kind, and caring. Everything is in one spot and there is barely ANY waiting time. They don't try to rush you out the door but instead welcome you to engage with them openly so they can actually get you the best help you need. Amazing.

Getting into and out of the lab for blood work was very fast. The pharmacy experience was also quick and easy. My primary care doctor was able to see me without much of a wait, which was surprising. Usually you are kept waiting a long time at the doctor's office, but not at this place. I had a good experience with the doctor and physician assistant as well. Overall, it was a good experience at Kaiser.

My husband and I had our annual wellness physical. It was our first time to meet our new physician, Dr. Erika Freebern. She was very pleasant and put us at ease as soon as she introduced herself. She was not rushed, very sincere in her approach and was very thorough in her exam of both of us. We were both very pleased with our experience.
