        Misunderstood

        When tow companies charge storage it is per calendar day. Meaning if it was towed in 8:00pm on a Thursday then you pick up the car at noon the next day, that counts for 2 days storage. Make sense? The admin fees go back to the state because they MUST do VIN searches for each vehicle and the state charges for each one. Also the people in the office don't work for free and last time I checked electricity isn't free and trucks don't run on air! The rest I cannot attest to. 2 sides to every story.

        The service I received at J.M. Auto Service was great! They took care of everything from towing my car after the accident, dealing with the insurance company, rental car, everything! I was expecting a huge hassle, time off work, and worrying about my car ever being the same again after the accident. JM made the whole experience so easy, and they are so nice. When my car was finished (before schedule, I might add), it looked and drove better than it did before the accident. They also changed my oil, checked my brakes, and detailed the whole car. What a great experience. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing their car fixed!
